I have been to this salon a few times before for colour but it said I was a new client because I booked online. Staff are all really lovely but this salon is not great with curly hair. I went in for a blow dry and one stylist in particular really struggled to brush my hair out - started from the top of my head and just dragged the brush down. She then got another stylist to help her and she did a great job but didn’t really coach the other on how to brush it properly. I was at the basin for so long my head went numb - keep in mind I also had the hair mask in that she sold me on that would help detangle my hair but didn’t do much at all. The blow dry left my hair frizzy and didn’t even last half the day, I was disappointed because I had a dinner that night and had to restyle it at home.

I love my appointments at Salon Vogue. I feel very comfortable from the moment I walk in.I feel that they listen to what I want to achieve with my hair. I love the way that they might double check with a colleague that what I want to achieve is possible. I also like that they give a price before you start your hair style.If I had one fault it would be every time I have made a appointment they run late. I understand why they might run late as they are very focussed on listening to what you want but feel when making appointment and not a walk-in they should be reasonably on time.

Amazing service as usual. This service is not just a simple haircut, it is a complete hair care experience. Recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing time with a friendly staff. Very friendly reception staff definitely supplemented the overall experience. Joseph was wonderful as usual with his excellent skills.

Absolutely loved my experience with Salon Vogue! Emily was my stylist and did such an amazing job. Will definitely be my go-to salon moving forward!

While booking the appointment I had requested time for a cut and hair do. I was booked with someone I dont want to name who said she does cuts alone but doesnt do hair dos. So another staff member comes and starts to help with hair do and leaves the styling for someone who I originally was booked with. That person messed up the hair do and then it took 4 of them and loads of unnecessary product to achieve a high pony in two hours. It comes as no surprise that hairdresser forget the difference between hair on a menniquin on human. When you are told “your scalp is too sensitive” as to without acknowledging that all the poking and prodding would not have been required if they fix their mistakes by removing off the old product. Apparently it is too hard for a hairdresser to know that you cant change and redo hair once hair spray us on. My appointment was at 8 and i left at 10. Could not be bothered to tell them about my experience in person as gaslighting was immaculate regardless. Just writing this review to help someone who might be relying on them for a last minute event. Dont know about their skills cuts and styles but not keen on trying after this encounter.
