The service and experience were amazing. The haircut was good until I straightened my hair at home and I notice some cut were uneven and some strands looked like it was accidentally cut that’s why it’s shorter than the others. But overall I wouldn’t try to make a big deal out of it, just give some staff more training cos the one who cut my hair was new and probably needs more experience. Haircut also was quite expensive

I'm beyond grateful being taken care of by these girlies especially Maddy! I was super desperate to get my hair done on the day as I was flying interstate for a wedding and had a few complications with my hair and extensions. Thankfully they squeezed me in last minute and oh my goodness! They did an astounding job! I walked out so relieved from stress and fell in love with my hair. I received so many compliments especially the way Maddy blended my hair extensions in. No one couldn't tell I had it in which I loved! They went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and confident with my hair. Thank you!

I visited the salon on 22 Sep for layered cutting and styling. I am not happy with the results even 1 percent. My hair look way better when I style then on my own at home. I could not say that I got my hair done from the salon. My waves/curls that were done opened within an hour and I had some straight hair strands in the curls. I had visited this salon before few years back and I had liked the cut and finishing on my hair that time but this time I am extremely disappointed. I have layers in my hair many times before as well but my hair has never looked so thin before as they are looking now. Not worth it at all.

BUT, constantly overbooked and you wait forever on basic services. Not good. If I make an appointment at a certain time, I don’t expect to be waiting for 30 minutes before I see my technician and that’s what let’s the team/organisation down.
