Courtney was respectful of my tween trying to find her place in her world and growing identity when it come to her voice and curly hair. Courtney was informative and gave advice that was relatable to a 10-year-old, which was fabulous! Savannah, who is of few words, was engaging and so happy throughout the whole process. Savanah still has a smile on her face, she just loves her new hairstyle... thank you Courtney :)

The haircut was choppy & that lady hairdresser is not good at boys cutting. Bad patches & uneven cut. Usually I am happy with the service but this time was very disappointing.
