I have been visiting Salon Vogue for the past 16 years. I have received the best service ever. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very relaxing and lot of laughter.

I have been very pleased with the service and results of my hair. I have now seen 3 different hairdressers from salon vogue and all have been brilliant and understanding what I need and want each time. My last experience I saw Kristina on Friday, she was fantastic I'm so happy with my hair I went from dark to light and she was able to consult me with hair colour/ great highlights to suit my skin tone! I had plenty of compliments so happy with my change. :-)

I do find they are always running late with appointments and just getting foils and cut for short hair has taken up to 5 to 6 hours which in opinion is way too long. You are never assigned to one person. You are sometimes left waiting half through a cut whilst they go and attend to someone else which is very frustrating. You pay top prices and I expect better service.

All staff, whether or not they are directly involved in your treatment, acknowlege your presence. During the duration of the salon visits, you are offered coffee, tea or water. Staff are friendly, will have a chat if their time permits, and basically make salon visits a very pleasant experience. I have on numerous occasions requested an appointment at short notice and have always been accomodated, for which I am very grateful.

Hi, I will be returning to the salon - extremely happy with the result. Lucy my stylist is delightful and listened to and delivered what I wanted. My mother who is 90 yeasrs old will also be coming to the salon in the future. Kind regards, Rose.
