I really love Wellsprings and I have always been very happy with my experience. However, today I got my eyebrows absolutely destroyed by the lady. No personal attacks at all, she was lovely but she did a horrible job. My beautiful eyebrows are now two very slim threads which have changed my face. My friends told me to call you but I rather tell you here since I don’t know what else to say. I wouldn’t risk doing my eyebrows there anymore. My eyebrows matter a lot to me and I’m terrified of how I look today. I didn’t say anything since I didn’t want to upset anyone.

On previous occasions, after waxing I have been treated to a moisture cream to prevent stickiness from the wax. This didn't occur. I am sensitive to all tea tree products. This has never been an issue in the past.

You provide the most wonderful place , the girl I had I felt was a student , and seem to lack experience , she certainly was not in the moment of what she was doing , when massaging my feet I would have thought she was reading !

I am not a regular customer, however, over the years I have had experiences at the spa and always come away with the same feeling. The questionnaire is unnecessarily comprehensive and I felt like I was there to have my appendix out or something very serious carried out, not a facial! I always get the feeling that the staff are trying to sell me things, it's like an upgrade at McDonalds and I don't like the pressure. I never feel like I'm getting great value for money.

$100.00 for a shampoo and straighten is ridiculous- I have never paid over 50.00 - and my regular hairdresser I only pay 37.00 for same service - I definitely will not be returning

I booked via email for a facial and toner, I then got an email back saying yes to confirm vitamin c facial, toner and hair cut. I replied with no I don’t need a hair cut, just the toner. I then received a confirmation email saying ok no worries see you then. Not once was it mentioned to me that I HAD TO receive a blow dry and pay $70. After receiving my toner I was asked how I wanted it dried. I said no thanks I’ll just leave with it wet and dry naturally. The hair dresser insisted and ask just let me have a play. I reluctantly said ok.. Then when I go to pay I get told it’s $70 for a blow dry I neither wanted or needed as I would just tie my hair up on leaving. Never was this mentioned to me that it had to be a cost along with the toner. It should have been mentioned up on booking and then again when I emailed back saying I specifically only wanted a toner. It takes me from spending $185 to $255 and that’s just money I do not have. I should t have had to pay for it. And I’d the girl wasn’t already holding and tapping my card I would have refused. I will be seeking a refund! I had high hopes for this salon, thinking it would be my go to for all skin and hair treatments. What a let down!
