Was really upset I felt unwanted and I really felt like they spoke to me in a way that I felt like it was racial discrimination i am a black women so questions she was asking out loud infront of other customers? She asked loudly if I've Ever did my hair before I felt like she was just attacking me and she also made me stand up out of my seat to cut my hair I went in with a appointment booked for a full colour instead I got turned away and charged 100 dollars for a hair cut??? Which i had explained that I had recently had a haircut the weekend before so I will never be back and i happily found another hair salon down the road who did my hair the same day with the colour I wanted

Really disappointed and annoyed with the haircut I got. I felt the hairdresser didn’t listen to what I wanted even after showing her photos of hairstyles on the net and telling her concerns that I had for my hair. She just assumed a lot and had the attitude of she knows best even when I explicitly told her what I did not want. Very frustrating!

I have been a client of well springs for around 10 years. For convenience I have always booked my next appointment in advance after each visit. I have never "not showed" for my appointment. They now have a policy that requires a $50.00 deposit which you loose in the event of a "no show". Fair enough for new customers, garbage for a long term client like myself. This morning I woke with a migraine headache so rang to cancel todays haircut and wax, and was told very abruptly it was going to cost me $60.00 fine for cancelling. I rang early in the morning for a 4.30pm appointment. This is completely unfair treatment of a long term customer!!!So rather than loose $60.00 I rang back and decided to brave through the appointment for my hair only. When my husband picked me up following the visit I was in tears because I was made to feel like a criminal for being ill with a headache. Your business needs to look hard at its attitude of its front of shop staff toward loyal customers like myself. My hair dresser is beautiful and brilliant and knew nothing of the way I was treated by your booking staff.

I called up after looking on line for a massage for my pregnant friend who has been having sore ankles. Her partener did say how about a foot massage, i showed him the pregnancy massage- Find Relief with this therapeutic pregnancy massage specifically customised to release muscle tension in the back, legs and ankles (ANKLES) she circled her feet in the paper work also. Then when she was finished he stated her feet/ ankles didnt get touched, i did bring it up with the staff and the ladies said they shoudlnt be touching the ankles as it has a pressuer point or something that could bring on labour. All she really needed was her feet done. Extremely disappointed and upset :(

Upon booking my mani/pedi for a wedding I asked about shellac and nude colours. I was advised you'd have 3x to choose from. The only nude which was the nude I chose was found to be an empty bottle. I had to choose from your remaining 2x nudes. One I'd call a sparkly pink, one a pastel lilac. Neither I was happy with. And after spending $170.00 on what was supposed to be a deluxe pedi I found absolutely no difference. What a disappointment and waste if money. I'd have done better at home or a cheap nail salon. My suggestion is to stock your nail shades and not mislead clients.

I went in with 2 potential hairstyles that I would have liked and each option I asked for was completely shut down. I explained how I wanted something different and I tried to explain a haircut that I had in the past which I really liked but I left with the exact same haircut as I walked in with. The hairdresser didn’t listen to what I wanted at all, didn’t pay attention to why I wanted it and didn’t offer an alternative. I know my hair, I live with it everyday and I know what suits, but when you get shut down and told it’s fine the way it is, it’s really upsetting. My exact same haircut with just a trim was not worth the $120.00 and unhelpful staff member
