Nice treatments just didn't believe I got my full hour of massage as took me in 10mins after my appt was actually scheduled for then by time they do foot scrub and u get on bed the massage was not a full hr. I believe it's a lot of money for the same experience at other places which are much better priced. Ebony was good though.

The surroundings seem tired for the money your spend. Environment feels like it needs a good cleanse/clean. People were very polite and made me feel very welcome.

I did not receive the treatment I asked for. I asked for a deep tissue massage and did not receive this, if the therapist was not able to perform this the receptionist should never had said she could. I had to ask the therapist a few times to go firmer, and she didn't work on the areas in which I requested. I didn't say anything at the time, as the treatment had already been paid for and the receptionist was busy with another guest upon departing.

Booked for antioxidant facial got the detox I think and didn’t feel any change to skin, left quite greasy so washed and moisturiser at home. Girls are always great and friendly but was expecting a different experience and facial.

Very disappointed that the original booking time was not adhered to. Booking made for 2.45 then was contacted re covid advice and told appt was for 3.00pm. No explanation given why time had changed and I was told I made a mistake with the time. This is the second time this has happened.

When people are kind enough to give you beautiful vouchers for your birthday and mother’s day Xmas etc you should be able to use this on any offer available in the salon.this has turned me off having anymore gift vouchers from well springs. I will be letting family and friends know not to get them for me anymore. The treatments and service has always been a good experience it’s just ashame about all the red tape on VOUCHERS
