I was roughly 20 minutes it’s my massage when it was interrupted that my massage therapist had the wrong client which was fine mistakes happen, but she also said out loud that it stuffs everything up and everything will be messed up and I immediately felt upset and like it was my fault and couldn’t relax after that, I had a new massage therapist take over which was okay but she started on my legs when I had just had the first massage therapist spend 10 minutes on my left side of my back so my right side wasn’t touched and left with a really stiff richt side and relaxed left side I didn’t get a finished back massage which was my main tension area as I disclosed to my first massage therapist, so I don’t think there was any communication between the massage therapist on what section was completed etc, katlyen my second therapist did her job well I can’t fault the massage she completed but he techniques from the First Lady and katelyn felt so different I didn’t get to feel relaxed during the massage just from the First Lady saying them things out loud which she probably didn’t realise how it might of made me feel, at the end katelyn said I had a birthday voucher but then a second lady that came off sort of rude and said no because I didn’t tick emails even tho I was still subscribed to sms and post and I usually always receive my birthday vouchers every year so even tho I had one I wasn’t allowed to use it, I just felt like the money wasn’t worth wait I experienced today and I will most likely not return, my anxiety is worse then what I went in with and didn’t feel like I left relaxed at all, but Thankyou to katlyn for a nice massage from what she had to do and take over.

Was very disappointed - hesitant going in as had heard bad reviews. On arrival go to ladies room - no toilet paper and dirty toilet. Advised staff - toilet cleaned, paper replaced. Used toilet - then found there was no paper towels for drying hands! Place needs a good clean...After treatment - still waiting for that refreshing glass of water at reception......Will not be recommending or returning.

I booked myself and 4 of my hairdressing salon staff for an hour treatment. My service was over in 30 minutes , I was last in and first out. I phoned to make an appointment for a paraffin manicure was asked which polish I requested shilac (still nothing said) got to my appointment had a very basic manicure and when I asked about the hand massage and treatment was told “oh no not with shilac ... I paid $100 for something I could of done at home . Very disappointing. It wasn’t what I booked in for . Won’t be returning

It pains me to write this, but after hearing my mothers experience and how upset she is, I felt the need to do so. I booked a pamper session for my mum and her friend to enjoy for my mothers wedding anniversary that she could not share with my father at the time. I was grateful to get a booking as I understand my notice was only a week. I, Brooke (daughter) was incredibly excited for them and was told they would be looked after by the receptionist when making the booking. This is very blunt, but for the amount the experience had costed it was not worth what we had paid. The young girl ‘Amber’ I was aware after the experience was new at this Spa. Karen my mother inquired this because the treatment felt like it was done by someone inexperienced and with lack of care and communication for her medical condition throughout the treatment. The friend accompanying her for the experience was more looked after than my mum by the other therapist, who seemed to be guiding the service. Karen voiced how she was FREEZING a few times but minimal was done to aid this. The towels that were used to remove facial product were cold, no warning whatsoever and not at all helpful to my mothers condition. My father and I gifted her this blissful getaway treatment for the amount of stress she has had working a farm by herself, her experience unfortunately was not what we had expected to hear. The facial and massage was not enjoyable at all, I feel this service was unprofessional hearing the way she described it, however the pedicure was very lovely and the lady who did that was very attentive. It would have been nice to be made aware of the young girl in training. I don’t feel it’s fair to be spending a lot of money for a treatment that to her didn’t feel very relaxing and performed by an inexperienced therapist. After hearing her experience, I had to give this feedback on her behalf. I won’t be recommending this location to family and friends.
