The treatment itself was great and the person was great as well but when I book in for a 90 minute treatment I expect 90 minutes from the start of the treatment not from the time I get there then go in the room and get undressed and wait for the person to come in room, you should have a room where you can go to get undressed and put on a rob then go in and relax and have a dink or tea whilst waiting to be taken in for your treat then once your treatment is completed return to that room and have a drink and relax not be rushed out of the room. I also had a blow wave after my treatment but it was not worth $65 I should have saved my money and done it myself as I just tied my hair up straight after it as it was the quickest blow wave I have ever had and definitely not worth the money it felt so rushed and was not relaxing at all. Very disappointed

Water was cold. Paint job was terrible. Loud while I was there. Her mobile phone rang. Paid over $100 for a not good paint job

I was disappointed that my 30 minute appointment was finished in19 minutes. When I mentioned this I was cheerfully offered a further hand rub but if I hadn't watched the time I would have missed out.. Perhaps some hand reflexology for the price would have been more therapeutic instead of just a rub It is grossly overpriced I'm sorry to say

It was my first visit using my mother day voucher of $50.00 plus an extra $25.00 for a manicure with polish. Looked good at the start only to find 2 hours later the Polish was still soft and have chip marks and impression mark in the nail polish not to mention the nail Polish has not cover all of nail.

Shower in room had a strong musty unclean smell and it ruined the experience. There was some times where I was waiting for her to set things up and get things sorted. Felt like sometimes during these times when there was breaks that maybe she was checking her phone. I booked this experience to relax but just

It pains me to write this, but after hearing my mothers experience and how upset she is, I felt the need to do so. I booked a pamper session for my mum and her friend to enjoy for my mothers wedding anniversary that she could not share with my father at the time. I was grateful to get a booking as I understand my notice was only a week. I, Brooke (daughter) was incredibly excited for them and was told they would be looked after by the receptionist when making the booking. This is very blunt, but for the amount the experience had costed it was not worth what we had paid. The young girl ‘Amber’ I was aware after the experience was new at this Spa. Karen my mother inquired this because the treatment felt like it was done by someone inexperienced and with lack of care and communication for her medical condition throughout the treatment. The friend accompanying her for the experience was more looked after than my mum by the other therapist, who seemed to be guiding the service. Karen voiced how she was FREEZING a few times but minimal was done to aid this. The towels that were used to remove facial product were cold, no warning whatsoever and not at all helpful to my mothers condition. My father and I gifted her this blissful getaway treatment for the amount of stress she has had working a farm by herself, her experience unfortunately was not what we had expected to hear. The facial and massage was not enjoyable at all, I feel this service was unprofessional hearing the way she described it, however the pedicure was very lovely and the lady who did that was very attentive. It would have been nice to be made aware of the young girl in training. I don’t feel it’s fair to be spending a lot of money for a treatment that to her didn’t feel very relaxing and performed by an inexperienced therapist. After hearing her experience, I had to give this feedback on her behalf. I won’t be recommending this location to family and friends.
