before my massage I asked for my feet NOT to be touched. during my massage my feet where touched several times. if a client asks for their feet not to be touched, their feet SHOULD NOT BE TOUCHED.

Very friendly staff very nice place. Though the value for money wasnt what i was expecting a 90 min stress fix massage and a massage was pretty much all it was nothing exciting was nice but for how much you pay i was pretty disappointed walking out i was expecting something a bit exciting and relaxing. Sorry guys :(

During the mask as she was giving my foot massage, she was on her phone and the sounds from a video played very loudly. Was very upsetting as I was treating myself after signing my divorce papers. So disappointing.

Had too many staff turnovers, just got to know someone, and there gone. Why is that? Had some wonderful experiences with some amazing/ talented people. Massages to die for....... Bit too hard sell nowadays.. Country, it's not gunna work x

I had a 90 minute massage at wellsprings and the actual massage was great, the staff was great however when i pay for a 90 minute massage i would like 90 minutes of treatment not from arriving getting undressed then starting. i had to get un dressed and then re dressed straight after my massage in the room. i didn't have a chance to relax and have a drink. i then was booked in for a blow dry, this was not worth $70 i regret getting it done i should have saved my money and done it at home. i think that there should be a lounge area that you go to get changed into your robe then go back and wait till your treatment is ready to commence so you get your whole treatment time. Once the treatment is over you return to the lounge and offered a refreshment. Specially when your at a day spa. My blow wave was rushed and i walked out like i hadn't had it done, two girls rushed me out i tied my hair straight up, i had a glass of water in front of me was not offered a refill or coffee or tea., for a total service of $240 i was not happy at all. Would not recommended this as a day spa, might as well pay less and go to a massage bar for $60

I really enjoyed the massage and the therapists was very lovely and talented. Unfortunately my relaxing escape was taken away from a bit by attempts to up sell me at arrival to a 1 hour massage by the receptionist. And to buy products when I had finished from the therapist. Perhaps if it was approached differently it wouldn’t of felt so uncomfortable, but I don’t feel its the appropriate environment to up sell.
