My experiences up until the last one have all been very good. However my last waxing experience was appalling. The young girl who did the job although she was very nice was extremely slow and broke nearly every single hair. It took her 45 minutes to do half a leg. Overall for a full leg and bikini I was in there for 2.5 hours!!!!!! My growth was not extreme as I had only been there 5 weeks before, and she broke most of the hairs rather than pulling them all out with the wax. The regrowth was itchy and back within 3 days of having had it done, it was like I had shaved my legs - prickly and itchy. I am hoping I do not have the same consultant on my return. Thank you.

Had a stress fix body massage as I had one previously and it was fantastic. This time was very disappointing, therapist didn't concentrate on my back/shoulders as was agreed upon. Kept raising/lowering the massage table multiple times in a jerky motion and massaged my neck twice. I suggest she relearn how to approach and provide relaxing atmosphere for clients. A waste of money!!

When I look in your brochure I notice the facial was $85 and eye treatment $15. I had $100 voucher from Xmas and I was charged $14 I wish I had the your booklet that I received with the voucher with me to confirm prices whilst the experience was good it was soon forgotten about as I walk out of the door.

I booked via email for a facial and toner, I then got an email back saying yes to confirm vitamin c facial, toner and hair cut. I replied with no I don’t need a hair cut, just the toner. I then received a confirmation email saying ok no worries see you then. Not once was it mentioned to me that I HAD TO receive a blow dry and pay $70. After receiving my toner I was asked how I wanted it dried. I said no thanks I’ll just leave with it wet and dry naturally. The hair dresser insisted and ask just let me have a play. I reluctantly said ok.. Then when I go to pay I get told it’s $70 for a blow dry I neither wanted or needed as I would just tie my hair up on leaving. Never was this mentioned to me that it had to be a cost along with the toner. It should have been mentioned up on booking and then again when I emailed back saying I specifically only wanted a toner. It takes me from spending $185 to $255 and that’s just money I do not have. I should t have had to pay for it. And I’d the girl wasn’t already holding and tapping my card I would have refused. I will be seeking a refund! I had high hopes for this salon, thinking it would be my go to for all skin and hair treatments. What a let down!

$100.00 for a shampoo and straighten is ridiculous- I have never paid over 50.00 - and my regular hairdresser I only pay 37.00 for same service - I definitely will not be returning
