Was disappointed to pay for an 80 minute massage however was only in the salon for a total of 70 minutes including getting changed and completing form. Massage whilst good would not have lasted 60 minutes at best.

My wife booked me in for a one hour Deep Tissue Massage , requesting Bec as she did my previous massage. As Bec was away until the 9th of Jan, my wife asked the receptionst who she recommends and was told Vanessa. Unfotunally, it was a waste of money, it didn't feel like a Deep Tissue massage at all. I wish I waited for Bec to come back from holidays. Regards, George.

the lady doing my massage has a cough. I understand its coming into winter season but giving the massage is meant to be relaxing it would make sense to me to give her a week or so off to get over the cough. your advertising should also state '60 minute session' not '60 minute massage' as I got on the table at roughly 15 minutes past my appointment and she was finished 6 minutes before the end of the session. this happens every time. im honestly not sure why I keep coming back.

I found the salon a little chaotic with the product sales area next to the waiting area - I was hoping for a more relaxing start to my experience. I enjoyed my massage but was disappointed that I had to wait for 20 minutes and did not get the full hour that I paid for.
