Unfortunately this was my third visit, the first was brilliant, second time eh, third time forget it. The facial was a combination of slapping on and off product with unsure hand strokes. My face and hair was left greasy, I was freezing in the room and the relaxation massage was anything but relaxing. Strokes were unfinished and rushed, forearms and elbows should not be used in a relax massage unless deep therapy requested which ironically. I requested quite the opposite.....light and gentle especially the head but alas all that B.S discussion at the start was for no purpose. Will never be returning and I they may want to rethink their training!

The reason ld say average is the massage was ok l had an extra add on Which was a sculp massage There wasn’t basically the marocon oil was put in my hair and see u later All good The girl was lovely but an average treatment I do hv wkly treatments so comparing what l get wkly :,,

During the treatment the therapist was opening and closing doors and drawers a lot, quite noisy. Also while doing the head massage the towels were squeaking against the headrest, very annoying!

i had an 'express pedi' with a friend & my treatment was lovely, however my therapist was clearly a student, there was no heel scraping involved only filed & painted toes with some cream rubbed in. For $60 I would at least expect a heel scraping too. A lot of money for no real benefit. would much rather pay half the price at a nail bar & have a good job done. saying that, im a big fan of saltair & will continue to return for other treatments...facials/massages etc.

Normally my experience has been fantastic but today was a bit disappointing as it felt rushed, the massage wasn't the one that I requested and I believe it finished early so the girl could get to the next appointment. It's a shame.

I came for a pregnancy massage at 36weeks pregnant. Felt it was concerning that I was asked to lie on my back for the last part of the massage. When I said I needed to lay on my left side for circulation, this seemed to take the therapist by surprise. Surely someone that has trained in pregnancy massage knows that laying a heavily pregnant woman on her back is not recommended? Therapist was lovely and did her best, but I really left questioning the professionalism and her qualifications/ experience. I have been to Saltair Day Spa before and have always rated them very high rly, but today I was let down.
