Just a little disappointed for my mum who had to pay $10 extra to take her shelack off. I'd bought my mum a pedi spa for Mother's Day - shouldn't this all be part of the service? Bit of a downer on the experience unfortunately.

While I was having my facial and trying to relax I found it very noisy. There were people walking past the room talking very loudly and the room next door seemed like the kitchen. I could hear constant banging and what seemed like washing dishes. Very annoying!

Saltair is a lovely experience the facial was a pleasant experience but i think the 60 mins of treatment should not include the staff speaking to you about the treatment & time involved in dressing etc. i expect the actual treatment to go for 60 minutes. The products were a new line & i felt the staff member couldnt give much information about the products.

I requested a hard massage and as a consequence the movements were too quick and not at all relaxing I didn't enjoy the massage and was disappointed
