Therapist was lovely, but it felt a bit rushed. Spa felt dated and just missing the special touches that make a spa experience truly memorable. Just little things like a hair tie or comb to brush your hair afterwards, and no SFP offered/applied post facial on a sunny day. It was nice but I won’t rush back.

The beauty therapist was great. The location is lovely, however the facility it’s self is slightly lacking. Walls are thin so sound travels into the room which lessen the relaxation. Most disappointingly the robe I was given was literally falling apart, pockets hanging on by a tread & a hole in the armpit. The material is a mink polyester not cotton waffle or Terry towel as you would expect. Really brought the whole experience down. Would have loved the facility to bit a bit more luxurious to match the great service and location.

Staff were very friendly. I found the treatment maybe lacked a little experience or something. I was asked if I would like my stomach included in the exfoliating and I replied’yes’ It didn’t happen. Having a facial I was expecting the lips to be included. Lacks atmosphere with no background nature sounds or music being played. I could hear people talking outside of the room that I was in

After my treatment, which was a deep tissue massage, I have received large bruising and pain in both my glutes. To the point where the bruising is purple. I understand the treatment type as I am a myotherapist/remedial massage therapist but it should not leave this level of bruising and pain.
