I just left your salon And I feel like crying once I looked in the mirror to see my eye brows! One eye brown had completely lost its shape looks totally different to my other one and I look ridiculous and I don't know how this can be fixed I hope that my shape will be able to be repaire one some hair grows back my god I'm so so so mad and upset with my left eye no wonder I didn't get a Mirrow to check! I look so stupid now the way my shape one eye had been flatterened god This is the worst eyebrow waxed ever that's how upset Iam

I was booked in for a “relaxation” package and there were a few things which made the experience very unrelaxing. - I asked for a “firm” massage as it is what I’m used to (I usually have remedial massages) and being a day spa I felt that the pressure would be on the lighter side.. What I received was a massage using the elbow and forearm and the pressure was so hard that it hurt. I have never received a back massage where hands/palms are hardly used. The elbow seemed to be applied so hard that it was flicking over my rib cage. I was very bruised the day after the massage and quite sore. - After 2 hours into my treatment I started feeling extremely hot and uncomfortable. I asked the girl if the bed was heated and she said yes. I asked her to turn it off as I was so hot and she said it was on HIGH and had been since my treatment started. Not once did she check whether I was comfortable. She turned the bed off but it remained hot for the remainder of the treatment. At the completion of the treatment I took the covers off and my legs were damp from sweat. I felt dehydrated and thirsty from being hot and sweating. - I received a head massage during the facial and this too was unpleasant. I normally love a head massage but it seemed to continuous movement in the one spot which was irritating and not relaxing. The girl also kept dragging her fingers through my hair which was knotted from the head rubs so it kept pulling and hurting. I couldn’t wait for the entire experience to be over! Very disappointing considering it was a birthday gift and I’d been to Saltair a number of times previously and really enjoyed it.

We were so disappointed with our pedicure. The seating Was herendous and we wont be back. We will be going asomewhere else next time and feel we were Ripped off. The value for money was terrible.

I was very disappointed with the experience. I had a pregnancy package, including an hour of massage and an hour of facial treatment. I don’t even know where to start. The place is beautiful and looks all fancy, to start I was taking to a different room next door to reception in the rain, for what you guys charge and how fancy the place is, having an umbrella wouldn’t hurt. Then this big room, where I thought, now it’s going to improve. It was 12 degrees outside, 15 min into my massage I was already frozen. The therapist had ice blocks for hands and the poor thing didn’t warm up for the next hour and 45 min. Frozen hands on my sore body. The therapist was very polite and sweet but unfortunately she didn’t hit one single hot spot during my massage. It felt more like a body rub than a massage. And when she would try and get a bit more pressure on some points she would me massaging my bones. She was trying to apply whatever she was trained to do but it was very clear to me that she didn’t have enough knowledge about the body as you would expect a massage therapist to have. I felt like she was just following a choreography. Specially when you are paying that much money. When we got to the facial part I had my hair pulled so much that I was praying for it to finish. I told her I was cold and that lying for one hour on my back wouldn’t be very easy since I am pregnant and I’ve got 4 bulging disco on my lower back. She hasn’t checked with me once if I was ok during that hour. So you finish after 2 hours, where I wasn’t, but I should’ve been warm and relaxed and then I had to walk back to reception in the rain. I was confused and really questioning the whole experience and waste of my money. I am so sorry to describe my experience this way but I thought you wouldn’t know if I don’t share. There is no way I would go back or recommend your services to anybody. I hope this will be useful to help in improving your services. I am a masseuse myself and I am the biggest lover of massages, had so much to compare it to and was so looking forward to it :(
