Had high expectations of this place, I can't fault the actual treatment. But I waited a long time for a person on reception when I got there and when I left! Sitting in the waiting area when I first got there was nice, but after a treatment you want to feel like you could stay and enjoy your tea, or water, but I felt like I was in other people's way and I couldn't relax. Also it's nice to relax in a robe after a long treatment! But I had to put my clothes on straight after my treatment. Little things would make my experience a lot better, but I was fairly let down

I love Saltair Spa but unfortunately my recent visit was not good at all. I had the saltair signature massage and the therapist was too soft. I had to ask her twice to please go a little firmer and she didn't. It was like she was just rubbing lotion on my skin rather than penetrating my muscles. For $145 I was really disappointed. She had also said it was her last day with Saltair so maybe she just didn't care anymore and that reflected on the treatment I received.

I bought an hour treatment for my wife as part of our wedding anniversary. Even though she arrived in plenty of time when i came to pick her up she was dressed and had been waiting for ten minutes. Her treatment time could only have been 45 minutes. If youre selling a treatment as 60 minutes then thats what it should be. 60 minutes on the table and 10 minutes change either side. If that costs more - so be it. You're setting bad customer expectations and left us feeling short changed. As a result i wouldn't recommend your spa to anyone.

Hi had a mani and when i got home i noticed it wasn't done well at all, you can see where the top and bottom layers finish parts of the nail have't been polished at all.

I’m am really sorry to leave a bad review as I have had other amazing experiences at Saltair. Maybe more training for this particular therapist is needed.

My partner really enjoyed his experience as he received a deep-tissue with Jacinta and needed the kneeding of his lower back. Georgia did mine and I asked for soft but her hands were really cold the entire duration of the massage which was odd and I'm not sure how to rectify that. Overall very lovely.
