The service was not the best I have received in past occasions. the therapist seemed to be going through the motions only. I have had better massages from other places for less money. Was not impressed at all and quite disappointed.

The service from your receptionist was disappointing. On arrival I checked the details of my appointment and identified that I had booked a deep tissue massage and a tailored, however was booked in for a package that only had a therapeutic massage. The receptionist was not warm at all. Her overall response was that I had to take the booking as there was a therapist booked now. When I later said that I didn't want that as it's not what I booked she said I could leave the massage but still had to do the facial. Given this was an error at your end this response was disappointing. I had booked a 2 HR treatment and that was what I wanted. Recognition of error and an apology for the inconvenience would have gone a long way. This whole encounter left me irritated walking into my session rather than relaxed and excited. Overall, exceptionally disappointed with your receptionists managing of this situation.

It was extremely noisey today from staff chatter in the hallway during my treatment and the constant banging of the doors of people coming in and out. I really needed a relaxing massage and it was totally spoilt by all the noise.

Massage quality was great, environment very cold. Found it hard to relax as I tried to stay warm during treatment.

Felt as though I was rushed through. Even though I arrived 15 mi s early did not get to sit and unwind with a herbal tea before treatment as has always been the case. I have been a regular customer for many years
