Staff was very courteous and friendly. The beautician who attended to me was professional and I was pleased with the service and outcome. However in regards to prices, which the staff are not responsible for, I feel your prices are relatively high.

Rachel was absolutely lovely and I enjoyed my birthday treat of the skin fit facial and deluxe pedicure. My final relaxation treatment was a hot stone back massage in which I was looked after by another therapist. It was anything but relaxing! Not enjoyable at all and was a disappointing end to what was supposed to be a ‘relaxing’ birthday treat.

I booked in for an hour massage expecting to have a full body massage which I didn't receive. I received a "trunk and legs" massage. I was told if I wanted extras like head, feet and arms (which I presumed were included) i needed to book a longer time. These were listed on initial sheet given to me if I wanted therapist to focus on these areas, well I didn't even get them! Also, the relaxation music was very, very loud. I asked for it to be turned down, which it was, but then it went up again so the relaxation massage was not as good as it could have been. No complaints at all about staff, all excellent service, given attention on arriving and leaving, Dell was good at massaging. Another small point is I was given a tissue to put on my forehead so my face didn't come out all puffy and marked from the towels. Haha well that didn't work. Perhaps, especially as it's in the middle of a busy shopping centre, a more appropriate face protection could be offered. I didn't receive any advice but there was no provision for a N/A.

On Thursday evening 13th I had booked in for 30 minute microdermabrasion treatment. I arrived a few minutes early to fill out my client card, and began my treatment on time. My therapist was friendly, and seemed to have good skin knowledge. However I was disappointed that my treatment was cut short by approximately 10 minutes which I would consider to be significant considering it was a short treatment to begin with. My treatment began at 7.20 pm and I left the treatment room just before 7.40pm. I am usually reluctant to write negative feedback, especially when the therapist herself was lovely, however given I had paid for a particular treatment I would expect a certain level of service.

The treatment was good but wasn't relaxing at all due to the noise that came from the next room and from the hallway...it was way too disturbing.
