I had no warning that there was a 20% additional surcharge for the service being on a Sunday so an hour massage cost $160. I will not be returning.

Emma was excellent and provided a great massage. The reason I have rated lowly is because I was expecting a 90 minute massage which is what I paid for but my massage commenced 15 to 20 minutes after scheduled appointment time even though I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. This was disappointing for me. Also it was difficult to relax with the constant noise of the reception area.

I had a very average full body massage here recently. The facials here are always lovely though.

Was a little disappointed today. Usually love your salon, but today I felt like my treatment was rushed, was finished earlier than I'd been advised when I booked and the staff member was rough. Not your usual level of service.

I can honestly say that this was the best facial I've ever had!! It was the 'Love your skin' facial and the 'firming facial massage' was the best ever facial massage - very professional and relaxing! I bought this voucher for myself a long time ago and only got around to using it recently. Due to the time lapsed, I think that the staff were not sure of what it actually included, so I produced my photo of the inclusions and declined any 'extras', just requesting the facial that the voucher was for. I only buy the vouchers that include a peel or a microderm, as I do my own exfoliants and masks at home, so want, and expect, something different when I come to a salon. This leads me to my biggest disappointment, in that, I do not believe the facial included a peel. It was meant to include a 'Brightening skin peel', but the only thing left on my face for a length of time, was the 'radiance mask', following the 'firming facial massage' - this was highlighted on the 'treatment inclusions', so given it was in this order, I believe it was the mask, not the peel, which is why I bought the voucher to start with. I was offered a hand or head massage, but the voucher said a 'foot massage'. Cut a long story short, I buy vouchers depending on the 'treatment inclusions' and expect to get what the voucher says. If it's a long time away that its easy to forget what the inclusions are, maybe make the expiry date shorter than 2 years.

Enjoyed the massage but I don't like the upsell of products. Nor to be told that I have sun damaged skin due to my paddle boarding, I wear a sun shirt and have only recently had my skin checked by a professional. It would be nice just to have a relaxing massage and not a hard sell or lecture about my skin.
