Was booked in for a 90 minutes and only had hour massage. Very disappointed with the overall service the massage was nice however I didn’t get what I paid for. I also had a gift voucher for the 90 minute massage that I was looking forward to use for a while, as I’ve had cancer treatment in the past and was looking forward to fully indulge in a relaxing 90 minute full body massage. The lady at reception didn’t even know how to use my digital gift voucher so I had to pay for poor service with my own hard earned money. Was told she didn’t know how to process the voucher and got mixed with the time the treatment was meant to start. Was told there was a 10 minute consultation which I never had she also acknowledged I didn’t want a scalp massage as I wanted more time on my feet and back and I didn’t get enough time on my feet.

I did not receive the service I purchased as part of a package. Didn’t enjoy the facial at all and it was over 30mins shorter than my usual visits.

very disappointed, was advised to come in early and then had to wait 40mins and then to be told my regular beauty therapist was no longer with them. Then I get another therapist that knew absolutely nothing about my past treatments or history of my skin so I attempted to relay information from past procedures. I was not impressed at all and the therapist did an average job, I was so annoyed at the lack of professionalism and care that the experience was not enjoyable. I bought a package treatment thinking i would be looked after and even if my regular therapist wasn't there, that someone would have reviewed my previous treatments and given me a summation of how my skin was fairing up after prior treatments. As I sat in reception waiting, I also witnessed another customer not happy with a treatment. I felt like it was a rushed environment and all they wanted to do was get you in and out quickly hence my therapist on the day cut me short when I was talking to her and said we are running out of time! when in fact they were the ones that were running late! Poor form overall.

Was rushed by the beautician and not given what I asked for. Incredibly uncomfortable experience for my first bikini wax. Never coming back.

Hi, Happy to discuss the above review with the store manager, I was going to call when I saw the email come through. Today I had a pedicure at the chermside store. I was given a $75 pedicure voucher and when I called, I upgraded to the deluxe pedicure based on the recommendation of the therapist I had on the phone. Today, I had a junior therapist and the experience was very average. I was very disappointed in the treatment and it’s lucky I was given most of it as a voucher as I would have been very annoyed if I’d had to pay $89 for the treatment. The staff were aware I had been given the experience as a baby shower gift and that I was 37.5 weeks pregnant. The treatment was meant to be a relaxing treat. The therapist I spoke to on arrival was lovely as was the therapist I had on the phone to book the treatment. I understand the girl who I had was junior and must have been very new to the role but it was a very average experience and not professional at all. The room was not set up when I arrived, there was little consultation around my pregnancy and comfort on the bed, no pillows provided. The room lacked ambience and the music was not playing in the speakers until halfway through the treatment. I would hate to think what the treatment was without the additional I paid for as I barely got a foot massage at all. For a pedicure that cost $89, I’d expect more relaxation, ‘experience’ and massage for the upsell. Kind regards, Skye Loudon 0400466219

Hello, I have just come from having the Pure Pamper Package and I have to say I am extremely disappointed. I left with such a headache and feeling nauseous and by the end was very 'unrelaxed'. The massage table I was on was broken so it knocked from side to side when any pressure was used on my body. (Similar to a table that is uneven and feels like it needed chocking up to stop the wonble). It made me feel quite seasick by the end. During my back massage the therapist tried to wheel a trolley beside my bed, bumping into the bed and walls as it was dark, she then struggled to find the PowerPoint to plug it in and this fidgeting was very off-putting. When asked to roll on my back, she said, so sorry to do this but I have to pop a mat under you back. It was FREEZING! Any part of me that was relaxed, now, was not. Whilst massaging my legs, she dropped the massage oil and it smashed all over the floor! Glass, oil. She said "O, so sorry" snd proceeded to continue to massage my other leg. When she finished she said shecwas going to get a broom to clean up the mess. I suggested we stop as I was totally not getting any benefit from this experience at all. She said "Don't you want to continue!?" I simply said "Well clearly there is glass And oil all over the floor!". She then said "Yes, that's why I am going to get a Brookton clean it up and I will ask if I can extended your facial" she then asked is this ok. I said "I guess". She soon returned with a broom in hand and again said "sorry" right before she flicked ALL the LED lights on facing straight into my eyes. She cleaned up and said "I have laid a towel on the floor so you don't slip or stand in glass". The facial was done, a few back scratches from long fingernails and we were done. She asked if I was relaxed and I simply replied "I guess so" as by now, my head was pounding due to the bright lights and I felt nauseous from all the swaying and my bladder was screaming as the (cold) heat pack was left to rest on my bladder for the entire facial. My very dear friend bought me a $500 gift voucher as I have had a rough time lately. I was so looking forward to this 'time out' just for myself. I am sorry I did not say anything when pay it was over as I needed a toilet, water and panadol. I have some money left on my voucher but simply could not go through this again. Gayle
