It is a wonderful experience and wonderful place to be pampered. I definitely enjoyed my afternoon. But it is expensive. I personally know the prices stop a lot of people from going. I would definitely book a lot more appointments if it was a bit cheaper as the service and atmosphere is fantastic

There were far too many kids and people in th pool area for it to be a relaxing part of the experience. The spa seemed understaffed as nobody was restocking towels or cleaning up day beds no longer being used. We enquired about upgrading to a sale advertised on the change room doors and were told it's not possible as the restaurant would need more notice. Surely the restaurant could have been called to check availability at least. One of the massage therapists was clearly sick and coughing during the couples massage. Overall quite a disappointing visit compared to past experiences.

Comment from Jace- person who looked after me was the most unhelpful person, they gave me know instructions on what to do. I was also Not told we could use pool afterwards.

Absolutely gorgeous setting and environment as always . Amazing massage. Cost is a bit high if wanting it to be accessible to more people

There was an issue with my voucher but they didn’t check until after my appointment! Had to fork out when I shouldn’t have had to, they had multiple opportunities to check it prior
