We arrived at the LM Spa and we were greeted by a lovely lady, we were shown downstairs to a lovely peaceful area to wait for our relaxation massage. The place was so clean and smelt amazing, the massage was amazing, the ladies that did our massages were very friendly, amazing at their jobs. Would highly recommend this place to everyone. We had an amazing experience. Will definitely go back.

The masseuses were excellent but I was cold because the room was freezing In your brochure it says you can order food from the poolside - you can’t you have to cross your courtyard and order at the bar the swimming pool is falling apart I could not access the shampoo or conditioner the changing room was cramped

I took my mum out for her birthday, it was such a great time spending with my family knowing that both my mum and sister’s treatment was good however my therapist july seems to be new even though i asked her to give me more firmer pressure and on certain areas it was the total opposite so what i have requested. Receptionist was such a lovely lady. Iiam a therapist myself and have always gone to so many massage places and this by far was the worst one. I felt bad to complain how i felt but im glad therapist emily did a great job on my mum as it was her birthday.

Our experience was amazing. My husband was so against going in for our couples recovery but after our amazing massage it’s safe to say we will be doing this again He was so relaxed and enjoyed every minute as I did.

A sturdy chair or stool at the end near the towel basket and shower area would be good. People who struggle with mobility issues would be able to sit down to put shoes on rather than waiting for the bench seat to be free.
