1) Massage was good but didn’t quite get into the muscle areas properly 2) entire venue was too hot, massage room in particular was too hot with the spa bath running. Pool was also too warm to enjoy a swim. 3) no clear towels in the male toilets to dry yourself after a shower 4) shower head in male toilet on the left broken and squirted water up into the air setting my dry clothes 5) pool area too hot on a warm day. Should open a few windows so air can circulate

This place takes pampering to the next level. Such wonderful staff with the most divine treatments. Having a dip in the pool and spa before treatment sets the mood for the deep relaxing session my face and body needed. My body, face and hair feel amazing. All the different smells of the products add to the experience and leaves your skin feeling loved. So lovely, I look forward to one day returning.
