LM Spa provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. Massage, rose quartz facial and hair treatment package was delightful and pure bliss.

On arrival it was nice but then heading into the bathrooms it was very dirty and messy. Over flowing laundry baskets, dirt on the floor. Moving into the quiet area before the experience was lovely and peaceful. It was the perfect calming environment before heading into the room. Upon entering the room it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. I thought the temp could just be changed however I waited for about 5-10 minutes of my massage time for the therapist to get a fan and then set it up. Once the treatment started it was quite noisy outside the room. I assume with other customers who were laughing and talking. Perhaps signs that ask for quiet due to treatments in progress. The treatment its self was lovely and I can’t fault. Afterwards we used the pool and returned to the showers which were also dirty and nowhere to put try clothing in the cubical. Cleanliness is what let my experience down.

Whilst we only had a Spa Treatment, the experience was really enjoyable. Staff were friendly, & the facilities were amazing. So relaxing, a Spa Treatment complimented by a refreshing glass of bubbly & very tasty side treats.

Visited LM Spa with my friend for nice massage and facial, but we ended up staying for half a day and used the pool and delicious lunch at the cafe as well. Our experience was amazing, serene and pure indulgence for all the senses. Ania was very friendly and gentle. Highly recommended for a day retreat.
