Hi, The disappointment I had with my treatment was that my eyebrows were waxed too thin. I had been trying to grow out my eyebrows for months and had abstained from getting any waxing or plucking in order to try and let my eyebrows grow fuller. I decided to have them shaped after growing them out for several months, and I was very clear with the therapist that I wanted to keep my eyebrows full. I reinstated this about 3 or 4 times before the treatment had begun, as I didn't want to ruin the last few months of working on growing them. The therapist worked on them for so long and tweezed them for much longer than it usually takes which started to concern me. I didn't mention how thin they were waxed at the time as the room was quite dark and with one one second to have a look in the mirror it was hard to tell (my eyes were also watery from the treatment). However when I got home I was very upset when I saw how thin they were. It took me months to grow them out and now it's all been for nothing. I know there is nothing that can be done now but I wanted to advise you of my experience seeing as I was sent a survey. I don't think it's fair that this happened when I was very very clear about the shape prior to my treatment. Regards, Sarah Browne
