My appointment today was for a celebrity eye trio - a service for which I prepaid for 6 treatments. Up until now I have been happy with the service. However, today I felt as though I was rushed through. This eye trio service is advertised as being a 40 minute service. I was in and out in approximately 15 minutes. I don't necessarily expect the full 40 minutes but have always been in the chair for at least 30 minutes. The lash tint was on for barely 5 minutes so I am dubious about how this will last; there was no scalp massage which usually comes in this service during the eye lash tint; my brow treatment was was fast and I have had come home and neaten up some missed straggly brow hairs. Overall, this was pretty disappointing, and definitely not up to the normal standard I receive at this salon.
