To be honest I was quite disappointed throughout my visit. I found the environment so noisy it was too hard to relax. The therapist was so lovely and was very skilled but not enough to get to me relax in my treatment. I could hear doors slamming, people running up the hall, people talking really loudly and trolleys. I found myself caught up thinking what else I had to do in my day and struggled to zone out. I don’t know if some of the noise could have been avoided but I thought it was important to know my thoughts on the experience.

Unsure of the lady’s name that i had, she had blonde hair. She was absolutely amazing, so friendly and very thorough with her job. would defs recommend her!
