A last minute booking for a facial lead me to Ella Bache, the place was nice and clean when I arrived. Appointment was over 20 minutes late to start, I had booked for one treatment and prompting told its not suitable for my skin, which is fine and I was happy to take the recommendation but the lady was very abrupt when I wanted to ask questions tk the point I felt very uncomfortable. After settling in to lay down I could hear the staff out the door talking about either myself or another client, it was so unprofessional what was being said and I was on the verge of getting up and walking out. I don’t think they realise how thin the walls are! The therapist came back in and it was so awkward, she seemed in a slightly better mood and actually explained the new treatment to me. She was beyond amazing at what she did so 10/10 for that but all and all I wouldn’t go back after hearing the way they were speaking about either myself or another client. Very disappointing!

Towels on bed were stained Ceiling needs a repaint, looked old The front reception needs new chairs I think these changes will help with the overall experience and expectations of the Elle Bache brand. Staff were lovey and very good.

Booked online however when I went instore and recognized a friendly staff member, I informed her of what I wanted to do - eyebrow wax. I asked if she was available and she said yes as her client didn’t show up. I asked if she would do the waxing as previously she had done them. She was happy to do it but the member behind the counter declined rudely and cut the conversation short. Not a pleasant experience and killed the vibe of the new store. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction?
