Mel was lovely however it was obvious she was very inexperienced. It was the worst manicure I have ever had. I would never go back again and it was by no means worth $95. Her arm massage was nice but that was it.

Lovely staff very polite, however I booked days in advance prior to my appointment. I had to wait an extra 20 mins. The reasoning behind why I had to wait was because of the poor time scheduling and the staff member who was booked to see me didnt realise. And so I had to wait the additional 20 minutes. It didn't seem like any other staff member communicated effectively that I was waiting. Then after my appointment I expected some sort of compensation for my loss of time which affected future arrangements. Instead it resulted in having to pay the full amount.

I have had this treatment many times and never have I left with cuts to my face. The technician said that I had broken out but in fact my face was cut 3 times. I loved this salon but now will not be returning.

I have been there several times and find the people not super friendly. The lady who did my treatment kept leaning on my head, her hair falling in my face, she smelt like chips, got product in my eyes a lot so my eyes were red for days. I am also fairly sure i was overcharged and my deposit not deducted. Other Elle Bachés have been a better experience. I will not go back to Coomera.

Lash lift and tint was disappointing I’ve had them done in the past but elsewhere always had great results but sadly disappointed with my visit no lift at all, also the lady doing that was doing my lashes had bad breath , a mint wouldn’t hurt

I booked in for a deluxe pedicure but unfortunately there was nothing deluxe about it. Very basic 5 minute foot soak nails cut and painted that was it, not even a foot massage. Very disappointed would not return in future.
