I agree to this feedback being printed in its entirety and not edited. I am very happy with the basic waxing treatment I have received on each of my 4 visits, and will continue to have waxing at De Jurra. I love the environmental and natural products and highly professional waxing service. The greeting is also lovely and the tea and sitting in the lovely room before the wax is a treat and is relaxing. I do find the wax a bit over priced which is why I don't refer friends or family, and only continue to come to the salon because I will only use environmentally responsible products. The experience I had with my hair cut however was highly unsatisfactory and disappointing, and I no longer have my hair cut at De Jurra. On my last hair cut at De Jurra on my long hair which I have been consciously growing for sometime, I requested a trim of the ends only, I relaxed whilst having a hair trim and opened my eyes to find a number of inches cut from the length and a restyle from having my naturally wavy hair more loose and flowing in style, to being straight across the bottom. I didn't feel the hair dresser had understood my hair or my style and had moulded it into something I am not, including straightening my naturally beautifully wavy hair. I had to have it re cut by another hairdresser not at the salon and have been working with her to get it back to what I am happy with over the past year. The cut at De Jurra was super expensive at $90, to then have a re cut a week later. Thank you, Blessings

It was a strange experience having my legs waxed in the near-dark and not very effective. Great place for a treat but I would not return for my regular waxing - just too expensive.

For the most part a lovely salon with a relaxing feel and great staff who give personalized feel. Last two visits were a little underwhelming with new staff not as engaging, colorist didn't come and check color, no magazines or tea offered as is usually, which normally sets the experience apart from other salons. Lovely products and spa lady Melissa is fantastic.

No product sales post the cut and colour. Felice is great.

It was really hit and miss. I was left alone waiting for various things for what felt like a long time. When people were with me, it was fine, but arrival and in between services wasn't particularly welcoming.

Disappointed, have been with you since 6 weeks after opening, service has definitely dropped. No complaints about the colour and cut. The pampering was not there this time. Not offered magazines, vedic tea was cold, asked for a glass of water but not provided. Have not been asked for a makeup refresh at the end of hair appointment for at least 3 visits. I used to always feel great when leaving the salon ... not so great the last few visits.
