The main Djurra stylists are fantastic. However. some support staff need better training in customer care, including how to shampoo properly and how to give a proper hand massage.

My back massage and facial was absolutely fantastic, will definitely recommend to my friends and I hope to book another session soon. ( sorry I have forgotten the name of the masseuse, but she was very good)

The chairs offer no support and if you must sit for 3 hours it can be very painful. The lighting doesn't do the older clientele any favours either - maybe softer the light coming in with some roller sheers. Just sayin'

Thank you Kathleen for reviewing us. I am sorry you didn't find the chairs comfortable and unfortunately lighting needs to be a little brighter than we like :) We need cool and warm lighting for colour work that we do on our guests :)

it is my preference to be looked after by one person whilst at the salon. I spoke to my stylist, then had relaxation with someone else, then back to the stylist. (I almost had to remind everyone that my colour was done!!!- this is my pet hate!). i was then passed to an apprentice to wash my hair and dry it through. the quality of the service was good at each stage but it is less relaxing when a new person pops up every 10 minutes.
