overall happy with my experience at djurra however i strongly suggest you let clients know how much everything costs prior to doing it or as you suggest things to them at their appointment....even all the little extras. i have recommended a few people who were given suggestions of hair treatments at their appointment time, but not quoted price as they did it and then were not prepared for the price at the end.they werent happy !! being up front with prices as things are recommended is better for all.

I had a lovely massage. My friends and family don't go in for this kind of thing. The only thing I found detracted from the experience was having to go outside into another part of the building to use the toilet, which was incongruous with the rest of my experience and the ambience of the spa.

Maybe dim lights in the room so not so exposed when flipping over. reslly enjoyed my treatment. Felt a bit rushed when therapist was saying goodbye.

My experience and Djurra was a good one a part from leaving the Salon with wet hair...I am not sure if this was due to lack of staff or not, but left me feeling quite disappointed. Despite asking once for it to be drier, only to have the staff member dry for a further minute, still leaving my hair wet and frizzier than when I walked in. Apart from that I had a great colour consultant, products are great, customer care otherwise great.

I think this is a beautiful salon, and I feel good the moment I walk through the door. The staff are friendly. The coffees are wonderful. The hand treatment and stress care massage is lovely. I go because of the Aveda product, but I believe it is no longer the same anymore, as it (the Aveda product) has been bought by a different company. I have found the colour does not stay in my hair as long as I am used to, and it is only at this salon that I notice this. The other thing I don't like is being asked if I want various treatments without being told there are further costs involved. I was not going to return here after that happened, as I have a strict budget I try to stick to. I only returned this time because I got a birthday special of $20 off my hair colour which was lovely.

A great salon offering high quality service at a reasonable price. I loved the welcome shoulders & neck massage! Very thoughtful of them. Think selling their products was a little over done though & it affected my overall experience. I will return :-)
