I was at Djurra because Carrin is an exceptional stylist and my hair cuts are always perfectly done. The front desk girl was a little abrupt.

Unfortunately today the massage chairs were not working which is always the extra indulgence I like and I didn't see anyone receiving a hand massage whilst waiting for the dye to take hold and again an indulgence I love, wondering if they have decided to discontinue this, hope not. Brigitte as always was wonderful and it is lovely to see her love her results as much as I do.

I work to maintain good relations, and as a frequent customer that is essential . The staff aim to be the best, there is a culture of service and pleasure in helping people. 90% of staff feel this way, the owner Anita is very good with staff and it shows. All respect her attention to service detail. The staff always ask the questions for best practice, what would you like,, can I get you..,how was that.. Always wanting to improve. Also because there are many staff they are always looking for a job to improve customer experience.

I was really pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff are. I have found in the past that usually in a place like this the staff can be very snobbish and aloof.Everyone even looked like they liked the people they were working with. It was a refreshing change. I actually felt like it was ok for me to be there, even though I am the customer!!Well done.
