Service was fantastic. Appointment was on time and precautions were taken to comply with Covid-19 guidelines. Such a relief to have this service back up and running again and the staff were retained.

Always lovely staff & the products and treatments are beautiful. Probl is I never get to go enough. I also like that even though it’s in a busy shopping centre, you can’t hear the noise outside, it’s always blissful. Thanks ladies!

Whilst I enjoyed the overall facial "Hydrate me Experience". My therapist was knowledgeable and very experienced. I would not re book at the moment. Many usual extras were not available due to COVID restrictions. Hot towels were not part of the treatment, rather disposable tissues. Refreshments were not offered, no water even. The One hour therapy also was short by 10 minutes which was disappointing as the voucher was a gift. Additional time was also taken up with product advice for further sales.
