My experience and my therapist was fantastic. My only suggestion is to limit the talking noise from other guests and therapists in other rooms some how.. as this does take from the overall experience.

I've been to Ella Bache Carindale with 2 different beauty therapists and both times my facials were very good. Definately recommend. However sometimes don't feel the front staff or phone staff are as friendly as they could be.

I had my eyebrows done today. They were so poorly done. The wax was uneven and parts were removed and I’m hoping they will grow back. The tinting was a lot higher than my natural eyebrows. It was terrible. I didn’t realise until I left the salon. I went to another company to have them fix. I won’t be coming back
