I felt so relaxed throughout my facial and massage but really didn't like how the treatments weren't wiped off my face properly. It felt like the layers were just piling up on top of one another and felt scratchy on my face when it was supposed to be the moisturiser stage.

The person at the counter who originally served me was rude and disinterested. The person who did the service was friendly and helpful although I do not feel it was value for money.

Not sure I would go back for waxing, even under bright light lots missed spots on legs. Facial good apart from the 10 minute sales pitch prior to starting trying to sell a more expensive facial.
