Hi there! I love the service I just would like to be serviced by the same person the whole time, I have very long hair and it's hard to dry to it's hard to explain to each person especially when it's obvious that they're new/not ass experienced. Today was particularly bad as my hair kept getting knotted while she was trying to dry it which doesn't normally happen. Just smth to note!! Other than that it's a lovely salon

I feel like I was put in a position where it was difficult to say no to buying the products. But I was really happy with the treatment and haircut. Although everyone sitting around me was offered a drink/coffee, seems like I was missed.

Hands down the best hair salon in the West! Bella and her team are nothing short of exceptional—true masters of their craft. Every visit is a flawless experience. I simply walk in, say “Do whatever you think—but make it a warm blonde,” and just like that—**perfection.** A fresh, beautifully toned blonde every single time. The atmosphere is always upbeat, welcoming, and spotlessly clean. From the moment you arrive, you're offered drinks, snacks, and made to feel completely at ease. Bella’s attention to detail and her team’s talent are second to none. Honestly, they deserve every bit of praise. I leave feeling confident, refreshed, and beyond happy—**every time. 10/10.**

Kiaana was amazing. She fixed a blotchy colour job done by another Salon. She was incredible..she heard my requirements and worked to get me great results. Highly recommend.

Krishma truly went above and beyond with her service. I went in planning to just chop off the bulk of my hair but she figured out a way to make it look beautiful. I typically get quite anxious at hair salons but there was not a moment I felt uncomfortable. I am very pleased and impressed.
