Wasn’t treated like a client. Everything was rushed a long with no real care. The lady did my hair in 2 seconds with out a care. It’s now blotchy in places. The cut was so rushed just to get me out that it’s all jaggered. I’ve been there before and it was great but this was miserable.

I was double booked initially and had to wait 2 months for a weekend Then at my appointment they didn't book my manicure in the package and I had to come back again to finish the manicure Everything was rushed Extremely disappointed and i would never go back

My first experience was great, I walked out with not one complaint. I wish I could say the same for my second time. It took 3 hours for a colour and cut due to the amount of people squeezed into appointments. I was left laying with my head in a plastic basin for over 30 mins when it was supposed to be 10 mins,, after which I was left for another 15 mins with soaking wet hair. Finally my hair was cut and blow dried in such a rush that I walked out with my hair still partly wet. Later that night my husband tells me my hair is cut crooked at the back. I ring the salon asking if it could be fixed and an appt was made for the following day. The following day I arrive for my appt on time and was made to wait 90 mins before being seen. That is not acceptable to make someone wait that long, when an appt was made at a certain time, more so due to the fact I was there to have my hair fixed. After all that, it looks like my hair has been cut in one straight line rather than styled and it is still crooked.

Went with my son whom my partner had received a $20 birthday voucher for. We always get our haircut here.’ They wouldn’t honour the voucher as I didn’t have it on me but could clearly see it was his birthday. Disappointing as we have used this pricey salon for years. One hairdresser was on at time of appointment so took a lot longer than it should have for a student male and one adult haircut.

Worst experience I've had! Workers are nasty people, prissy want to be barbie dolls.... I could here them bitching about a client to another one and them the whole floor was stuck there noses in! Wow shame shame shame

I was very unhappy with my experience today. I felt rushed, as the girl was running behind and had other clients waiting. I was in satisfied with my result when I had a closer look when I got home. I don't think I'll be going back.
