The staff were arguing and the person cutting my hair had to keep leaving me to advise on other customers. Happy enough with the haircut but after being a loyal customer for a few years I will not necessarily be rushing back. I felt second rate and uncomfortable that day.

Receptionists and salon managers are sometimes underrated. In this instance you can see that the salon has suffered with not having someone driving the appointments and front desk.

Normally very happy with experience but seemed under staffed and rushed. Only had eyebrow wax but bearly a hello from staff member. Not the experience I am used to.

The salon had clearly over booked and were struggling with the amount of clients. I waited a half an hour to be seated at a station and caped and another 15 minutes for my appointment to begin. Overall my hairdresser was very competent and did a very good job: I'm genuinely happy with the result. But the experience I had was very stressful and tense. My hair dresser left my hair multiple times to go fix someone else and I didn't feel very great being sort of over looked, not to mention the completely hectic atmosphere of the whole salon. One woman left without getting her hair cut because it took so long for someone to get to her after her shampoo to blow dry it. I think they are all very competent hairdressers with a lot of talent, but I didn't find it a relaxing or pleasant experience. Maybe just work on the scheduling?

As my hair dried out more, a pink hue was more evident. My husband’s reaction that night was of shock. My work colleagues all describe the colour as pink. The photo attached is of my hair before the first home wash. I was hoping the next wash would calm the colour down. But the pink just became more evident. I put the hair treatment on yesterday and my hair still has a pink brassy tone. I was pleased with the cut and I am sure the hairdresser is experienced, but this colour has not turned out as myself (the client) nor hairdresser expected. The colour is meant to be dark. I need to have this hair colour fixed.

Easy to book but beautician was a bit rough in waxing and handling and holding arm. She twisted my skin and held my arm so hard to the point I had to asked her to be a bit more considerate
