I did not complete the survey above because i had two treatments and would rate each very differently. I would definitely recommend the facial and the beautician Marianne did a great job however I would not recommend the masseus I had. She seemed a little inexperienced.

Sat waiting for over 10 minutes to be told 'oh I didn't know someone was waiting'. Then had my treatment and it was the worst waxing I have ever received. I had brusing, blood spots and hair left all over the area I had waxed. I had to come home and fix the mistakes myself with tweezers and ice the area due to the bruises. Will not be returning.

I was very unhappy with my experience today. I felt rushed, as the girl was running behind and had other clients waiting. I was in satisfied with my result when I had a closer look when I got home. I don't think I'll be going back.

Worst experience I've had! Workers are nasty people, prissy want to be barbie dolls.... I could here them bitching about a client to another one and them the whole floor was stuck there noses in! Wow shame shame shame
