I mean this with the utmost respect and kindness. I love the colour of my hair! my hairdressers customer service was 10/10. She was lovely and friendly. Though my haircut was horrific. I showed an inspo photo of curtain bangs and front layers, she was going to cut my hair whilst wet and I noticed she was a bit unsure and then told me she'd cut my hair dry, which I couldn't understand how or why, her reason was because my hair was a bit thick? She began to cut and from the first cut i knew she had no idea what she was doing. She kept trying to correct it by cutting the front shorter but was only making it worse. It honestly ooks like a 5 year old grabbed scissors and cut my hair, its boxy and not blended in the slightest, my hair at the front is uneven. I just wish she could have communicated to me that she didn't specialise in bangs and layers. When I went to pay, there was a charge for a caviar hair treatment which I didn't know about, I've been here plenty of times and I'm always asked if I want a treatment or mask, I was asked about oplex and confirmed that I did want that added to my service, but the caviar mask was not communicated to me. I'm an easy going person and I didn't mind at the end, I think it just bothered me that little bit more because my haircut didn't turn out how I wanted. I didn't want to say anything as I'm not confrontational and she was absolutely lovely! And didn't want her to feel as though the whole service wasn't enjoyable because it was! Maybe in future, if a hairdresser doesn't specialise in something, maybe communicate that to the client? I'm not sure, i know it's a tricky situation and you don't want to come off as unprofessional but maybe something can be communicated. Another small thing, again I'm easy going and laid back, but I was there for 4 hours and was not offered a coffee, tea, water or glass of wine. Another client walked in as I was finishing and my hairdresser asked one of the other girls to serve her a glass of wine. Again, its not a big deal but when a client is spending a lot of money on their hair and have been there for a long time, its something you'd expect as well, since other client's are receiving the same treatment. I will continue to revisit your salon for colour, spray tans, styling, treatments and only blunt haircuts (as I've always had good experiences with those types of cuts). Hope this feedback is somewhat helpful.

I absolutely loved the treatment from the gorgeous receptionist, hairdresser and one lovely lady who have done a foot massage. However, I was quite shocked with the pedicure service I received. It was done in 5 minutes (which is ok if everything is completed), but when you're heavily pregnant who is coming for a pedicure, I first of all would love to receive the pedicure itself! Yes, the second lady was amazing and have provided me with lovely scrab and massage, however the first lady haven't even touched my nails. I'm very disappointed as I'm at the stage where I can't really do the pedicure myself and this time I paid for a Deluxe Pedicure but received just a short foot scrab and massage. I love this salon and people who work there are passionate about the level of service as well as the customer service, but the lady who supposed to do a pedicure just doesn't belong in this place. She also at the very beginning asked me what drink I would like and I asked for a tea that has never been provided. Which is not as big of a deal compared to the pedicure I paid for that I never received. Would totally come back for hairdresser service, but I discouraged now to try any other SPA services they provide.

My experience at the day spa was great, I will definitely visit again. Just a little feedback - It would have been great if someone had sat with me when I arrived to take me through the treatment I was going to receive and explain what was happening first and what to expect, it seemed a little disconnected and although I booked the treatment and had an idea of what I was getting, it would have been nice for a professional to take me through the treatment beforehand. It was also a little awkward having to carry my clothes and bag around from room to room, it would have been a nice experience if there as a basket to place my belongings or even a bag for me to place them in rather than risking dropping my bra in transit. All in all, the experience was lovely, the ladies were great and I would definitely recommend it. Just those few tweaks would set you apart from competitors in the area and make the whole experience more luxurious.

What a wonderful experience! Love coming to Insignia for a few hours to relax and be pampered, and I am never disappointed. Sue's massages are amazing and Maryann's facials always hit the spot. Cannot wait for my next visit! Thanks ladies.

I’ve been a loyal customer for about 7yrs and I have my usual hairdresser. She’s helped me to try new hairstyle by giving an honest assessment of what I want and what I should have. Every time I have a request of a certain style, the hairdresser would spend time to explain to me how she would do the job and she would also give her suggestions. But I just wished that it wasn’t so expensive, maybe the current point system should be more achievable by earning bigger points for each dollar spent. Maybe a better incentive by reaching a certain points can qualify for a trim or a quick hair treatment or scalp massage. Please review the pricing. In saying that, I would still recommend Insignia because the quality of work is worth to experience,,,,at least once!
