The room was not at normal Ella Bache standards and I had nowhere to place my bag. The salon tech seemed to have a runny/sniffly nose and I am concerned about getting sick now which is a big issue in my circumstance. There was no attempt at conversation and an offhanded comment made about my studies and "being full qualified" after doing a degree to become a teacher. I have gone to several Ella Bache salons and always had exemplary service. I also wasn't offered concealer and soothing cream after a wax should be the norm, not an option.

The beautician was very nice and friendly however the services are inconsistent. Last time half and hour with scalp massage but this time it was 12 minutes for an eyelash tint at the same price. I'm really hoping the tint lasts a reasonable time. Beautician assured me it would. Friendly staff but not good value for money.

Manicure and pedicure treatment, polish was so bad it had to be taken off as soon as daughter got home. Took a few days for her fingers to heal after the manicure. She enjoyed the experience, the team member was lovely, but the quality of the service was poor and not worth $135. Having been a regular client before, we will not be back unfortunately.

This is a nice salon with a good range of services, however it is disappointing that their massages don't run for the length of time they are supposed to. This has happened more than once now that my 1-hour massage has only been 45 minutes.

I received a spray tan, I was left with a big patch at the top of my legs. I was very disappointed with this, as I went to Ella Bache for quality service.
