Towels on bed were stained Ceiling needs a repaint, looked old The front reception needs new chairs I think these changes will help with the overall experience and expectations of the Elle Bache brand. Staff were lovey and very good.

Booked online however when I went instore and recognized a friendly staff member, I informed her of what I wanted to do - eyebrow wax. I asked if she was available and she said yes as her client didn’t show up. I asked if she would do the waxing as previously she had done them. She was happy to do it but the member behind the counter declined rudely and cut the conversation short. Not a pleasant experience and killed the vibe of the new store. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction?

The young lady who carried out my service was very pleasant and nice to talk to.I have been to this salon once before a long time ago and the wax I had was not very thorough,there were small patches of hair not removed.This young lady was a different person but she also left areas of hair not waxed.Disappointing as waxing is not cheap.I am wondering if the salon is not able to attract the right people with the right experience.

I was quite disappointed in the pedicure. Was charged $60 for a file, cut and polishe. I thought there would be a foot soak of some sort. I later called an Ella bache closer to home and asked how much they charge for the express pedi as I felt $60 was a little over priced and was advised it was $47.
