Ashley was an absolute pleasure. Lovely treatment. A lot of care taken and lovely conversation when prompted by myself.. Very Professional. I will definitely be returning to see her.

I came to your salon at upper Coomera for a second time with a gift voucher for $55 to cover a 30 min massage. Accompanying this voucher was a price list brochure that showed the massage also as $55. Prior to the massage the young lady asked would I like to add on a back exfoliation at a cost of $15 which I agreed to as my previous experience of this had been enjoyable. On completion of the massage as I went to pay I was asked for $19, four dollars extra for the massage and $15 for the exfoliation. I proceeded to point out the voucher was to cover the massage but the young lady was very insistent I needed to pay a further $4. I realise this is a small extra added cost but it is the principal of the thing, my girlfriend who had accompanied me with a view to coming herself one day was quite shocked. I don’t think I will come again as I was not shown anything that indicated where the new price had come from whereas I had a brochure that stated quite clearly the price..

My laser service on my Brazilian took less time than my underarms, this is the second time Rachel has done my services and I felt there was no attention to detail. Very different level of thorough compared to other staff members who have done the same at same salon.

Arrived on time, taken in late (which is explained) but 1hour massage only went for 45mins ☹️

Paid for volume lashes and they are basically invisible. Not value for money. In saying this the staff were lovely and professional. The place was clean and beautifully organised.

A last minute booking for a facial lead me to Ella Bache, the place was nice and clean when I arrived. Appointment was over 20 minutes late to start, I had booked for one treatment and prompting told its not suitable for my skin, which is fine and I was happy to take the recommendation but the lady was very abrupt when I wanted to ask questions tk the point I felt very uncomfortable. After settling in to lay down I could hear the staff out the door talking about either myself or another client, it was so unprofessional what was being said and I was on the verge of getting up and walking out. I don’t think they realise how thin the walls are! The therapist came back in and it was so awkward, she seemed in a slightly better mood and actually explained the new treatment to me. She was beyond amazing at what she did so 10/10 for that but all and all I wouldn’t go back after hearing the way they were speaking about either myself or another client. Very disappointing!
