1989 in a small suburban salon in Melbourne's west.
With only two staff members and one

I have been having my hair cut at Xiang for over 18 months and have always been pleased with my colour and cut. I felt a little disappointed that I was not informed that my hairdresser had left and when I had my appointment upated, I had two stylists working on me due to a staff member needing to go to another salon. The colour of my hair I was totally pleased with but the cut I was very disappointed in. I needed to call the following day as I was not happy with the look and asked if I come back in for them to correct the style due to one side being cut different from the other, which led to my hair being even shorter than necessary. I feel I have fairly easy hair to cut and maintain and the fact that the style was there, not much changed needed to occur, apart from the colour. The staff at Xiang are amazing and have at all times enjoyed my experience whilst there. Everyone who visits a salon wants to feel fantastic and good about themselves following their service.
