Apart from the fact that my hair was clean it did not look any different to the way it did when I walked in. I asked for a blow wave with volume and bounce Disappointed as I could have done it myself but I'll be back as I enjoy visiting Salon and travel a distance to do so!! Staff member was also really lovely

Nice clean salon and staff are very friendly. I wasn't overly impressed with my cut and felt that what I actually requested wasn't understood or delivered accurately. I asked for a trendy and funky style and I received a boring trim making my hair look like a bob. I then had to ask if the hairdresser was going to cut more to do what I had asked. I like leaving a salon with a head turning style and left with a standard cut. I'm sure it's a great salon for others but not for me.

Hi, I was disappointed to have to wait for nearly an hour past my appointment time for my haircut this isn't my usual experience but I think if it is going to be that long that you need to indicate this and not say that it will only be 15minutes.

Given the reputation of this salon and price for ‘cut and style’, I had high hopes. The hairstyle I got didn’t wow me and I actually didn’t like it. Probably have to go somewhere and get a new cut to fix it.

Had my hair blow dried, was costly and didn't look much better than if I had done it myself.
