1989 in a small suburban salon in Melbourne's west.
With only two staff members and one

I was really upset with my haircut today so much so I could barely say anything when the stylist was done to avoid crying. I brought in 3 pictures for reference (the same ones I brought in from my previous cut at Xiang, which was a great cut). I specifically said I wanted my hair to touch my shoulders and no layers. It was cut with a million layers which are going to be a nightmare to grow out and far shorter than I had asked. The stylist also put heaps of sticky gunk in my hair and made it unbearable. I literally put my hair up as soon as I walked out the door and went home to wash it (hoping for a miracle). I've tried to let it dry naturally and straighten it and they are both far from working. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back any time soon.
