I arrived for my 2.15pm appointment right on time and waited until 2.45pm to be taken through. Noone mentioned anything about the therapist running late or explained we would be that delayed. I had my son with me and it would've been nice to have some communication about this, especially when the receptionist and 2 other staff stood around chatting out the front for half of this time not looking very busy and 2 other clients walked in after me and were seen straight away while i sat waiting. The therapist wasn't at all apologetic and being a new client i won't be returning in a hurry if this is the type of service offered. I was so disappointed as i had heard great things about your business. Just a little unprofessional.

I had a pure spa pedicure, I feel this is really overpriced. I feel like the seating is awkward and quite dangerous when you have moisturised/slippery feet. My polish did not set and had to be reapplied 3 times, which made for a tiring and lengthy visit. I don't know if there is another way to apply the paraffin treatment, but I really hated having plastic sandwich bags applied to my feet.... didn't feel luxurious at all.

I just got eyebrow tint and wax and eyelash tint. I had so much transfer from the eyelash tint then they tried to get it off with an alcohol wipe which stung. They were very rough, wax burnt me and when I said it was too hot I was responded with a snap. Not sure if it is because Friday afternoon and exhausted but unfortunately was a nice visit. I then wanted to buy makeup and told there was none of the colour which was fine but then I bought a car smelly thing and it felt they were annoyed for doing this. Really hoping it was just the end of a long week.

I asked for a light bridal tan. I turned out very dark and also patchy. There were drops of tan on my legs as well. The lady that tanned me also forgot to mist my face and only remember when she saw me in reception. I'm pretty disappointed with the results, I chose Wellsprings because I thought I would get a great result, especially when it was more expensive than other places.

When people are kind enough to give you beautiful vouchers for your birthday and mother’s day Xmas etc you should be able to use this on any offer available in the salon.this has turned me off having anymore gift vouchers from well springs. I will be letting family and friends know not to get them for me anymore. The treatments and service has always been a good experience it’s just ashame about all the red tape on VOUCHERS

Very disappointed that the original booking time was not adhered to. Booking made for 2.45 then was contacted re covid advice and told appt was for 3.00pm. No explanation given why time had changed and I was told I made a mistake with the time. This is the second time this has happened.
