Comment
The atmosphere and experience was lovely. However i was disappointed initially when my gift voucher and accompanying book of options was not recognised within weeks of the purchase - owing to an overall of the services offered. i feel this should have been explained when the purchase was made, considering the changes would have been underway at time of purchase - in the end I went from a 2 hour product for $200 - to an 80 minute product and i still owed $10. I think greater flexibility or more transperancy would create more confidence in the companies good will.
